New housemate~

Finally I have a new housemate. I've rented out the 3rd room of my apartment to one of my coursemate. Actually I'm reluctant to do at first..

Well, I'm ... afterall a selfish creature. I wanted the new place wholely to myself. hahaha
But heck, she's one friend I'm fond of...

So, yes.. she's moving in this Friday... and I wanted her to be comfortable.. so I planned to get a water heater to be fix in the bathroom (outside) and a washing machine.

Everything new! Imagine that... 32' Flat screen tv, hi-fi set (Yamaha), new fridge, microwave, dining table and sofa...

Her room's furniture set also had been given a new coat of paint!
She just need a bed and fan!

Everything at the charge of 180/mth (Inclusive of water and electric usage).

Well.. the setback is that there's no carpark for her.. Hell ! even us having hard time on the carpark. I've only got one ...

All in all, I just need her to treasure all these things and use properly..

She'll have privacy since I don't always go there and so is my sis.

And I hope we can be better than just housemates..or landlady with tenants .. but close frens..
I'm looking for long lasting friendship~
